Hosting or attending an event that welcomes families? Our professional on-site childcare services ensure that your youngest guests are cared for in a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate environment — allowing parents and attendees to fully participate with peace of mind.
We specialize in providing high-quality childcare solutions tailored to the unique needs of each event. Our experienced and fully vetted caregivers deliver exceptional care while creating a fun, structured, and enriching experience for children of all ages.

Support during the event:
– If children are part of the wedding party or ceremony, I help guide them through their role.
– Afterward, I keep them entertained, comfortable, and out of trouble so parents can relax.

Events We Serve
Weddings & Receptions – If your ceremony includes a ring bearer, flower girl or other young attendants, we provide childcare before, during and after their part in the celebration. Our caregivers ensure they are prepared, supervised and comfortable – ready to shine during the ceremony and engaged for the remainder of the event.

Corporate Events – Make your event more accessible and inclusive for attendees with families. Our services allow parents to participate in the event while also letting the children to be involved.

Private Parties & Celebrations – From milestone birthdays, mitzvah's, to bridal/baby showers, our on-site childcare services ensure hosts and guests, including the littles can enjoy the celebration.
On-Site Pricing
Consultation
Required for on-site event childcare
​Schedule an in person meet and greet before the scheduled service date.

Go over expectations- Including children, pay, scheduling, logistics, location, safety and emergencies.
Zoom consult offered for non local families
​
$20 for 15-60 minutes
$5 for each additional half hour
Single Family Rates
$30/hr one child
+$5/hr per sibling
Example:
2 children: $30 + $5 = $35/hr
3 children: $30 + $5 + $5 = $40/hr
NANNY SHARE/MULTIPLE FAMILY RATE
For two or more families sharing a caregiver (perfect for cousins, friends, or guest families):
$25/hour per family - one child
+$5/hr per additional child

Example:
Family A (1 child): $25/hr
Family B (2 children) $25 + $5 = $30/hr
Family C (1 child) $25/hr
Extras
~3 hours minimum required per booking
​
~Non-refundable $50 booking fee upon signing contract and securing date- applied to the day of services total balance.
​
~Travel Fee $0.65 per mile after 20 miles from nanny's home base.
​
~Extended Hours Surcharge: Services provided outside of regular operating hours (before 8AM or after 11PM) will incur a flat $50 extended hours fee in addition to the standard service rate.
​
~Overtime beyond agreed contracted hours doubles the hourly rate
​
~We follow 1:4 (infants/toddlers) and 1:6 (preschoolers & up) ratios.
​
~Payments are due ONE Day BEFORE scheduled services rendered Pay by Check, Venmo or Paypal.

~The Nanny is NOT responsible for: Transporting children. Over night care. Medical decisions beyond basic first aid. Any duties outside the scope of childcare.
