Off-Site Childcare

Attending an event that's not kid friendly? We've got you covered. Our off-site childcare services bring trusted experience care right to your children's location— so your little ones can play, rest and have fun at their own comfort while you attend your event worry free.

Whether it's a wedding, party, event or event just a date to get a break, we'll create a fun and nurturing space where your little ones feel comfortable and cared for- filled with activities, crafts, and plenty of smiles.

Off-Site Pricing

Consultation

Not required for off-site childcare - Strongly Recommended

Schedule an in person meet and greet before the scheduled service date.

Go over expectations- Including children, pay, scheduling, logistics, location, safety and emergencies.

Zoom consult offered for non local families

$20 for 15-60 minutes

$5 for each additional half hour

Single Family Rates

$28/hr one child

+$2/hr per sibling

Example:

2 children: $28 + $2 = $30/hr

3 children: $28 + $2 + $2 = $32/hr

NANNY SHARE/MULTIPLE FAMILY RATE

For two or more families sharing a caregiver (perfect for cousins, friends, or guest families):

$25/hour per family - one child

+$5/hr per additional child

Example:

Family A (1 child): $25/hr

Family B (2 children) $25 + $5 = $30/hr

Family C (1 child) $25/hr

Extras

~3 hours minimum required per booking

~Non-refundable $50 booking fee upon signing contract and securing date- applied to the day of services total balance.

~Travel Fee $0.65 per mile after 20 miles from nanny's home base.

~Extended Hours Surcharge: Services provided outside of regular operating hours (before 8AM or after 11PM) will incur a flat $50 extended hours fee in addition to the standard service rate.

~Overtime beyond agreed contracted hours doubles the hourly rate

~We follow 1:4 (infants/toddlers) and 1:6 (preschoolers & up) ratios.

~ Payments are due ONE Day BEFORE scheduled services rendered Pay by Check, Venmo or Paypal.

~The Nanny is NOT responsible for: Transporting children. Over night care. Medical decisions beyond basic first aid. Any duties outside the scope of childcare.
